Sri HariHara Sudha Seva Samithi is a non-profit organisation that works for the social causes of protecting and caring for all living objects in the planet. The trust aims to serve the society as a father cares for his children.
The Trust was established in 1993 and registered under the .......................Act.
Among all the projects taken up by the Trust, Sathya Sudhan(Ashram) is the best established of them all. The Ashram is a secular, non-profit venture to adopt and support destitute senior citizens. The Ashram is very ably managed and care is taken to ensure that every inmate of the Ashram feels comfortable and happy.
Dhanvantri Aushadalaya is a project that aims to provide free medicine for the needy. The camp organises a free health checkup and in the cases of any disease or affliction, the required medication is also given free of cost to the patients. The free medicine camp is held at 3 places around the Chennai city on 3 different days of the week.
Prema Puri is an extension to the already existing "Ashram for the Aged". With this project the trust aims to offer their services to about 30-40 more destitute senior citizens. This is also the first premisis which is wholly owned by the trust. Development work on this project is still going on.
